... We had a dream... and we still have!!!...

... Once upon a time there were three enthusiastic and champing at the bit "geeks" who decided to give birth to an ambitious project: to create a small but dynamic information technology company allowing them to realize a well thought out work dream...
To commit themselves to new projects and put into practise the long ranks experienced in different realities, to carry on their own IT "lab" based on innovation, training, updating, concreteness... all this fostered the hopes of the original members of Intré Srl: Engineers Maurizio Bigoloni, Domenico Fabiano and Francesco Rigillo.

At the beginning of this adventure, nobody knew how it would have ended and maybe they had a few certainties to celebrate such an important goal!
... But ten years have gone by, we are at the end of 2009 and Intré Srl is still here, alive, vibrant and, not granted at all in this period, productive and in full creative ferment. Some members have changed, some collegues have too, many have got married, had children and new responsibilities, some are socially involved but the spirit of our Company is unchanged: enthusiastic day by day.
To use some words of the new members, Intré has allowed to "elevate our dreams to a higher and more ambitious level", without renouncing to the constant of professionality and friendly relations characterising the company.
During these 10 years of activity, many projects have been ordered, and as many have been concluded; pursuing a final concrete result has always pushed us to go on with our adventure.
And pardon our boasting, we can affirm to be strongly competitive today in a wide range of software development domains, both in Italy and abroad: from industrial automation to the creation of data analysis systems, from "pure" consultancy to feasibility studies, from the creation of private and company networks of small and medium businesses to their total management.
All this has been possible thanks to the skills acquired and the many different multitasking professional profiles that have always wanted to work for a common target: customer satisfaction, translated in the retention of so many Clients and interlocutors that have known us for many years and, in practise, that trust us and our services, supporting us year after year.

But this does not mean that we are content with what we have reached. On the contrary, the nature itself of our activities, together with the speed through which the IT field is changing, pushes us to be interested in new and challenging areas and projects. On one hand, these lead us to create a work environment in which our competences of IT engineering confront with electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, project management, network management and software development, giving the nod to web contenting and manual editing. On the other hand they push us to face new challenges in new sectors.

To this end, the main news of 2010 will be the launch of a new activity, in the sector of laser systems and nanomechanics, that will see Intré playing the leading role of European Support Center for Lanmark Controls products, for which we invite you to visit the dedicated page of this site.

One of our points of strength is our capacity of working in team, confronting with our collegues and arriving to a common solution allowing us to reach our goals and give assistance guaranteeing high quality standards, being able to mix up our various know-hows. And it is for this reason that our team work is composed of so many different professionals. If it is true that the IT knowledge is a must, it is as much true we cannot leave aside management, assistance and customer care skills. All this makes our job stimulating and actractive not only for those who has already had some experience in one of our many fields of applications but also for those having more or less experience, who are eager to learn, update, confront and put themselves at stake... that means to grow by enhancing our skills and expectations.

Giving the right consideration to our personnel, it seems fair to report some short but significant experiences, a thought of some collegues sharing projects and goals with us:

	Enthusiasm: that is the first word coming up to my mind to describe my relationship with Intré: enthusiasm to work in team, to be followed in new projects and keeping up with the most modern technologies.
	I can say I'm not the same person I was 6 years ago, when I already thought to be a good network manager. Only today I understand how much I grew up and how much I can further grow up. The opportunities I had in these years have made me live experiences that enriched me technically, professionally and emotionally. I look behind and I see I've done a lot. I look ahead and I see I can do more.
	If Santa Claus has sent his favorite reindeer to work at Intré... this means the company has been blessed from above!!!
	I arrived here only one month and a half ago and maybe it's because I've met all people able to make you at ease, or because we are always working with next-generation technologies and you can always count on someone... but this company is a nice reality! ... And I've just got here!

Let us say proudly that this seems to us the sane, working base of a country willing to exit the crisis created by who is able to do everything but getting his hands dirty!

Last but not the least, thank you to all our Clients and all who has believed in us during these years. Without them, Intré Srl will not be here to celebrate!!
