i3tower supports from 2 up to 6 CD/DVD drivers maximum. You decide. External units are mainly used to share the most frequently updated CDs/DVDs.

Anyway, CDs and DVDs can be easily copied on i3tower's hard disk as well. This way the amount of shared discs increases sensibly - 80 GB of a hard disk standing for nearly 120 CDs. Performance increases too, since hard disks rely on a faster technology while compared to CD/DVD units.

The device is supplied with an "all included" package, configured and ready to be installed on the user's network, only by plugging its cables. It is also available an installation service directly on site.
Any following configuration change can be easily made on user's side, using a web menu from any of the network's terminals. Configuration is username/password protected.
