Any following configuration change can be easily made on user's side, using a web menu from any of the network's terminals. Configuration is username/password protected.
i3wall is set as to allow secure vpn (virtual private network) transmissions. Those are suitable for connections between different offices and/or remote access by network users. Information is transmitted in 128bit cryptography: then I3wall is able to replace the use of dedicated lines or frame-relay accesses. In this way, resulting is a global connectivity with minimal expenses.
i3wall's internal proxy can be configured as to set limited access to chosen web sites. Its 15GB cache leads to a quicker access to frequently visited web pages - getting copied on server's memory and kept dynamically updated on every new access.
