A summer of growth in a learning organization in 2026
Being a Learning Organization means considering training an integral part of everyday work. Over the years, Intré has developed its own Learning Organization model, adopting a range of practices—such as Guilds, Camps, and internal training courses—designed to develop skills and support the professional growth of its people.
June and July 2026 were no exception, with several opportunities dedicated to skills development: the Intré Camp held on 11 June and two training programmes outside the Guilds, focusing on public speaking and AI-Driven Product Development—the development of digital products supported by Artificial Intelligence.
Intré Camp on 11 June and our first Gildonfiera
On 11 June, we gathered at the S-Loft event space in Lissone for our second Intré Camp of 2026.
Among other things, we will remember this event for an experiment held during the morning: the Gildonfiera.
Gildonfiera is a new format designed to make sharing the Guilds’ work more dynamic and participatory. Each Guild was given its own space to present its journey through demos, in-depth sessions and opportunities for discussion. People were free to move between the different stations and choose which sessions to attend based on their interests.
The projects presented ranged from building an arcade cabinet to using AI to monitor physical exercise, as well as AI agents applied to software development, Specification-Driven Development, virtualisation with Proxmox and insights into identity management.
The Camp continued with our other major event, the Unconference. The discussions focused mainly on Artificial Intelligence, software development and cybersecurity, alongside broader topics such as first aid.

Our training initiatives outside the Guilds
For 2026, we decided to concentrate our training activities into two periods: from 3 to 26 June and from 21 September to 17 October, unless organisational requirements dictate otherwise. This new schedule was designed to avoid overlaps with Guild meetings.
In June, the activities were held mainly in person in the conference room at Intré’s Seriate office.
Public Speaking Reloaded
The “Public Speaking Reloaded” course, led by Pierpaolo Muzzolon, focused on designing, delivering and evaluating a presentation. Public speaking is a topic we had already explored successfully between 2022 and 2023, once again under Pierpaolo’s guidance.
The programme was based on the “Content + Visual + Delivery” framework, inspired by the world of cinema: the screenplay defines what to say, cinematography determines how to show it, and acting shapes how it is delivered. We worked on building a clear narrative thread, alternating between the current situation and a possible future, and creating openings that spark curiosity and conclusions that leave the audience with a clear message or action to take.
Part of the course also focused on slide design: using minimal text and meaningful images, creating content that can be understood in just a few seconds, establishing clear visual hierarchies, and making thoughtful use of images, colours, typography and white space. The theory was complemented by practical exercises, presentation sessions and feedback, as well as an overview of AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gamma and Yoodli, which can support the different stages of preparing and refining a talk.
AI-Driven Product Development
The course focused on the current state of Artificial Intelligence applied to the development of digital products and services. Coaches Stefano Leli and Stefano Marello from Tech Reloaded organised two sessions: a half-day remote session and a full day in person.
The first session focused on theory, covering the key concepts of generative AI: from Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents to Retrieval-Augmented Generation, MCP servers, skills, hooks and tokens. The group also explored the different stages in the evolution of AI, from generative chatbots and AI-assisted coding tools to autonomous agents and harness engineering.
The second session took the form of a practical workshop. Participants were divided into four groups: one experimented with Archetipo, Tech Reloaded’s Specification-Driven Development tool, while the other three designed and implemented an AI harness system from scratch.
The workshop concluded with project demos: working MVPs that gave participants an opportunity to compare approaches, design decisions and lessons learned.
Learning Organization: not just learning, but giving back
Being part of a Learning Organization means having the opportunity to continually develop new skills, but also sharing them and giving something back to the wider community. This is the idea behind IWannaBeASpeaker, a Community of Practice (CoP) dedicated to those who want to become speakers and present at events and conferences.
The CoP supports aspiring speakers throughout the preparation of their talks, from writing the abstract and developing the content to running a dry run of the presentation. It also helps them choose the conferences to which they should submit their proposals. The experience is proving to be a valuable source of growth and motivation. After all, being able to explain clearly what you know is also a good measure of the skills you have acquired.
In June and July—traditionally busy months for conferences—some of our people shared their experience on a variety of stages:
- On 9 June, at the #4AI conference at the University of Pescara, Alberto Acerbis presented the talk “MCP as an Architectural Model: From Tool Calling to Autonomous Systems”, focusing on the design of scalable, maintainable and robust multi-agent systems.
- On 11 June, at uxday, Emanuele Mantovani gave the talk “UX Design, Metrics and ROI”, using real-world examples to show how design decisions can be linked to measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
- On 20 June, during the “Talk & Walk 2026” event at La Mandria Regional Park, Alberto Acerbis presented the session “Deleuze in Production: A Walk Through Difference, Objects and Code”, bringing together philosophy, Object-Oriented Programming and software design.
- On 26 July, during the online conference “ARC 2026: Software Architecture in the Age of AI”, Alberto Acerbis and Alessandro Colla presented the talk “Spec-Driven Development: Redefining the Software Architect in the AI Era”. How can Specification-Driven Development, building on Domain-Driven Design principles, help developers and AI systems work with explicit specifications while keeping software aligned with domain needs?
Continuing on the theme of community, Intré has supported XPUG Bergamo for many years. This community brings together people interested in eXtreme Programming and agile software development practices, with Intré providing the conference room at its Seriate office for its meetings.
Visit the Community page on our website to keep up to date with all the events we attend as speakers, sponsors or members of the audience.
Learning never stops
Intré Camps, Guilds, training courses, meetings and conferences may be different activities, but they all share the same goal: creating practical opportunities to broaden our skills, exchange ideas and turn what we learn into benefits for both projects and people.
Our Learning Organization’s training activities will continue throughout the rest of 2026 with:
- two Guild cycles—the second running from late June to mid-September, and the third from October to January 2027;
- additional internal training courses;
- the third Intré Camp of 2026, scheduled between late September and early October.
Because being a Learning Organization means, above all, never stopping learning.
