2024 - Quarter 1
D&D 2
The return of the guild dedicated to the famous fantasy role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons, first organized in the third quarter of 2022.
Participants were divided into two groups (Monza and Seriate) to experience different adventures in each guild session.
The activity required effort to achieve hidden individual objectives and common goals unknown in advance, encouraging improvisation skills and testing agile abilities in responding to change, such as:
- learning to work together despite the diversity of team members;
- providing valuable and appropriate feedback;
- adopting the Scrum framework for campaign creation, meaning story development. Based on collected feedback, the Dungeon Master refined the campaign according to new specifications.
The Rolling Updates
A Guild dedicated to the world of music.
The band members (bass, vocals, vocals, guitar, guitar, drums) spent hours in the rehearsal room, working both individually and as a group to improve:
- listening skills;
- musical knowledge;
- non-verbal listening to stay synchronized.
At the Intré Camp on June 24-25, the band performed, presenting a mix of musical pieces studied during this Guild.
And Now??!!1!?
One year later, the Guild focused on “Artificial Intelligence and its impact on software development work” returns.
The group started from ChatDev, a public project on GitHub, extending the experiment in an agile context. The STAAS (Scrum Team As A Service) project consists of three specialized agents with their own roles and personalities (PO, DEV, and QA) collaborating to create a software product from a textual intent. Tests and the process leading to a built output in a Docker image are also included.
The project repository is available on the company’s GitLab.
